This website is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. If you use the contact form, SANER asks for name, business email, company, a description of a process, and confirmation that SANER may use that information to reply. Phone and company size are optional. There is no newsletter signup.
Form submissions are sent securely through SANER’s server to an email delivery provider so SANER can respond. They are not stored in this website’s own database. If delivery fails, the form reports that the request was not sent.
No analytics, advertising or invasive tracking is enabled by default. If analytics are added later, they must be introduced with an appropriate consent mechanism.
